At Amaretto, every order is prepared with love and care to give you the best possible experience.
For food safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on edible products (such as cakes, mini cakes, cupcakes, or desserts).

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at

Our team will review your case and may offer a replacement or store credit if applicable.

For non-perishable items (such as baking supplies, toppers, or decorating materials), we accept returns within 7 days of delivery, as long as the product is unused and in its original packaging.

Refunds will be processed once the item is received and inspected, and may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your payment method.
